Step 1

Pop your pasta onto boil with plenty of salt.

Step 2

Fry off the sausages and the Italian mixed herbs until brown, then add in the onion and cook until the onion is soft.

Step 3

Then add the garlic, tomato puree and sun-dried tomato paste and cook for a minute or so.

Step 4

Add in the stock and cream. Cook for a couple of minutes until it’s thickened.

Step 5

Add in the chopped kale and then the cooked pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes until the kale is cooked and the pasta is coated in the sauce, adding a little pasta water if needed.
